• We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with insurance experience. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with previous phone experience being highly desirable. Must be Brisbane-based

 

 

• Min. 2 years' experience in insurance, ideally insurance broking as a broker assistant or account executive, but sales is also acceptable 
• Proven sales, negotiation, and influencing abilities
• Effective communication with diverse audiences
• Strong objection handling and creative problem-solving skills
• History of meeting and exceeding individual and team KPIs
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and self-motivation
