  • Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Strong work-life balance
  •  Full Time, Permanent (Permanent Residents and Citizens) 

  • Effectively manage assigned property claims portfolio 
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, such as Assessors, trades, customers and insurers
  • Confirm scope of works with the customer, and scheduling repairs with priority
  • Proactively communicate clear and concise information on repairs to all stakeholders
  • Support the management of customer complaints in line with company processes and timeframes

  • Ongoing training and genuine career development opportunities in a growing industry

  • Up to 2 years of experience in insurance claims, construction contract management or similar customer service-based roles
  • A strong work ethic and a genuine interest in learning the restoration industry.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to support people during challenging times.
  • The ability to adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow as part of a supportive team.
