- Effectively manage assigned property claims portfolio
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, such as Assessors, trades, customers and insurers
- Confirm scope of works with the customer, and scheduling repairs with priority
- Proactively communicate clear and concise information on repairs to all stakeholders
- Support the management of customer complaints in line with company processes and timeframes
- Ongoing training and genuine career development opportunities in a growing industry

- Up to 2 years of experience in insurance claims, construction contract management or similar customer service-based roles
- A strong work ethic and a genuine interest in learning the restoration industry.

- The ability to adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow as part of a supportive team.
