- Manage your own property, contents and landlord claims portfolio, end-to-end.
- Build meaningful relationships with the insured, the brokers and service suppliers, always putting a high level of customer service as a priority.
- Take proactive steps to progress claims efficiently while meeting internal benchmarks and turnaround times in line with service expectations.
- Operate within the boundaries of all applicable regulations, legal obligations, and company policies.

- A minimum of 2 years in domestic property claims. Experience in underwriting is also applicable.
