We have partnered with a market-leading brokerage and underwriting agency that are seeking to appoint a recent graduate and provide full support to develop a successful career within the insurance industry. These opportunities offer exposure across key areas including Broking, Underwriting and Claims, allowing you to build a strong technical foundation and explore long-term career pathways.

These roles are ideally suited to recent graduates with little to no prior industry experience who are ambitious, eager to learn, and motivated to develop their skillset. You will be joining a fun, fast-paced and collaborative environment, working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to your training, development and ongoing success.


  • Starting salary $60k to $75k + super (Dependent on experience)
  • Offices located in Sydney CBD 
  • Clear career progression pathways

  • Full-time hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with additional flexibility where required
  •  – ideal for graduates in finance, business management, or related fields
