We’re partnering with a well-established Sydney-based brokerage to appoint a Senior Account Executive to manage a portfolio of commercial clients, as well as an Assistant Broker/Account Executive to support an Account Manager with their portfolio.
Depending on your career goals, whether you are an established Account Executive managing your own portfolio or an Assistant Broker/Account Executive seeking support, our client can tailor the role to suit your aspirations.
Competitive salary $75k to $140k + super (dependent on experience and role)

Clear career progression pathways
Full-time hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with additional flexibility where required
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients
Deliver end-to-end account management including renewals, market placement, and client presentations
Partner with underwriters and internal teams to structure tailored insurance solutions
Maintain trusted relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
Identify organic growth opportunities within the existing book
Tier 1 qualification
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an Account Executive or similar role in insurance broking
Experience across SME and commercial risks
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client presentation skills
Organised, proactive, and committed to high-quality client service
Collaborative working style and a positive approach to team culture
