We’re partnering with a well-established Melbourne-based brokerage to appoint an experienced Insurance Broker to manage a portfolio of commercial clients, along with an Assistant Broker/Account Executive to support the Director on their portfolio.

  • Competitive salary $85k to $150k + super (dependent on experience and role)
  • - Dedicated broker assistant
  • - Direct mentorship from an experienced broking professional
  • Offices located in Eastern Melbourne and the CBD 
  • Clear career progression pathways
  • Full-time hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with additional flexibility where required
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients 
  • Deliver end-to-end account management including renewals, market placement, and client presentations
  • Partner with underwriters and internal teams to structure tailored insurance solutions
  • Maintain trusted relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify organic growth opportunities within the existing book
  • Tier 1 qualification
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an Account Executive or similar role in insurance broking
  • Experience across SME and commercial risks 
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client presentation skills
  • Organised, proactive, and committed to high-quality client service
  • Collaborative working style and a positive approach to team culture
