- Sydney South, NSW
- Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- $75,000 - $90,000 Plus Super
- Full Time, Permanent (Permanent Residents and Citizens)
- Attend restoration works across residential and commercial sites, responding to water, fire, mould and storm damage in line with agreed scopes and timeframes.
- Set up, operate and maintain restoration equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers and moisture meters to support effective drying and remediation outcomes.
- Complete accurate job documentation, including site photos, moisture readings, damage reports and progress updates for internal reporting and client or insurer requirements.
- Liaise professionally with clients, supervisors and team members while maintaining site presentation and ensuring all works comply with WHS requirements, industry standards and company procedures.
- Ongoing training and genuine career development opportunities in a growing industry
- Company vehicle (or allowance) + fuel card, phone, uniform and all PPE supplied
- Paid training and certifications
- Clear career pathway with pay progress
- Some hands-on experience (restoration, trades or similar) is valued, but not essential.
- A reliable work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine desire to learn and grow in the restoration industry.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while supporting customers through difficult situations.
