We are now expanding our Government desk based in Sydney with a national opportunity but primary focus on 0007 and/or 0012 accounts. This is a desk that suits someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and passionate about utilising our existing client relationships. You will be given guidance and support along with trust and autonomy to make this desk your own.

Base salary to reflect your experience, lucrative commission scheme, low thresholds and bonuses rewarding your hard work.

Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within Government Recruitment within a recruitment agency for a minimum of 3 years.
Experience in building and growing a successful desk.
Passion for sales and strategic business development.
Strong sourcing abilities using our innovative technology, referrals, and networking.
An authentic approach to identifying, connecting & building relationships with both candidates & clients.
With a growth mindset; you are open to taking on new challenges, persistent, and are driven to achieve your goals.
