HAYLO People are partnering with a people-focused organisation to support an new project focusing on complex workers compensation claims. This is a unique opportunity to apply your specialist knowledge to create meaningful outcomes for injured workers while contributing to a high-impact project.
- Review and identify opportunities within a project team for complex claims within QLD.
- Engage with injured workers and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
- Apply your expertise in QLD workers compensation legislation and case management to review claims, treatment plans, and support resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely case management and accurate file updates.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in workers compensation case management or Life Insurance complex claims management.
- Strong understanding of workers compensation QLD legislation is preferred.
- Ideally have been exposed to complex claims case management.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused, empathetic approach.
- Organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative team player
- Flexible working arrangements with working from home available post onboarding.
