As a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of employer claims, coordinating return-to-work (RTW) strategies, facilitating medical and stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with legislative and procedural requirements.
  
This is a unique opportunity to work with different clients, across different projects.
  

  • Manage end-to-end claims within the NSW framework.
  • Coordinate medical treatment, workplace support, and tailored RTW plans.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, providers, and injured workers to drive sustainable outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and internal protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and support governance reviews.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in workers' compensation case management (Employer, RTW or Self Insurance preferred).
  • Strong understanding of workers’ compensation legislation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage a dynamic portfolio and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims systems.
  • Up to $100,000 + Super
