What this means for Haylo
In NSW, government procurement operates under a devolved governance structure; meaning each government agency is responsible for their own procurement. As an Australian owned and operated SME approved by the NSW Government for SCM0012 : TAS (Talent Acquisition Scheme), Haylo is now on the preferred supplier list for mandatory procurement for all NSW Government agencies. Government clients use this preferred supplier list to select approved organisations to deliver outsourced recruitment and talent acquisition services. Our Government Focus
Though this approval allows us to grow our NSW State and Local Government business, our Haylo Government team lead by Michelle Madgwick has been very busy over the past year placing talented Insurance Industry professionals (from both Personal Injury and General Insurance backgrounds) in public sector roles across Australia. Over the past year we have lodged similar applications with other State and Territory Governments and will have more info on the outcomes in coming days/weeks.
